Please note:

Our dispatch days are Monday – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, and deliveries are normally made on working days.
We aim to dispatch orders on the same day if ordered before 12:30pm (Mon- Fri). However, as each of our duvets, pillows and mattress toppers is individually handcrafted by our seamstresses in Devon, please bear in mind that during peak or busy periods, there may be a slight delay in the dispatch of your order.
Bespoke products usually take no more than 2 weeks but timings will be given at the time of ordering.

*Please also note: that there are some areas within the UK where delivery can take longer than the times indicated in the above options. These include Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Shetland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands.

Should the need arise, we reserve the right to select our carriers and /or third-party delivery services at our discretion to ensure timely and secure delivery of our products. This policy helps us maintain our commitment to service quality and efficiency.

CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR FESTIVE HOLIDAYS

As mentioned above, our duvets, toppers and pillows are individually hancrafted with love and care, here in Devon. We have been receiving an exceptionally high number of orders in the run up to Christmas and although we will do our very best to get orders out as quickly as possible, we are unable to guarantee that orders placed after 12 Noon on Friday 20th December 2024 will be delivered before Christmas. Our last dispatch date before the Christmas/New Year period is Friday, 20th December.

After a busy year crafting thousands of our award-winning products, our hard working seamstresses are taking a well-earned break over the festive period, from Tuesday 24th December 2024 to Wednesday 1st January 2025 (inclusive). They will be back - tape measures and sewing machines at the ready - on Thursday 2nd January 2025.

We will also respond to emails and messages as quickly as possible on our return on Thursday 2nd January 2025.
