The filling is a prime example of eco-friendly luxury, composed entirely of TENCEL™Lyocell fibres. These fibres are derived from FSC certified wood sources via an eco-friendly process that has been recognised with multiple awards. Our duvet sections are all encased in a high quality, 100% natural cotton casing with a 260 thread count, resulting in a product that is as comfortable as it is sustainable. Each duvet section is individually handcrafted in Devon, avoiding the use of synthetic fibres, bonding agents or glues in accordance with our commitment to sustainable practices.

CARE: This product can be machine washed on a gentle 40° setting with a 'delicates' detergent. Hang it up to air dry, or it can be tumble dried on a low setting. Not suitable for dry cleaning.

Dispatch Information:

Dispatch Days: Our dispatch days are Monday – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, and deliveries are normally made on working days.

Dispatch Timing: We aim to dispatch orders on the same day if ordered before 12:30pm (Mon- Fri). However, as each of our duvets, pillows and mattress toppers is individually handcrafted by our seamstresses in Devon, please bear in mind that during peak or busy periods, there may be a slight delay in the dispatch of your order.

Bespoke Products: Bespoke products usually take no more than 2 weeks but timings will be given at the time of ordering.

*Please note: There are some areas within the UK where delivery can take longer than the times indicated in the above options. These include Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Shetland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands.
