The filling of our Botanic duvet sections is derived from 100% TENCEL™Lyocell fibres, sustainably crafted from FSC wood sources through an award-winning eco-friendly process. Care Instructions:
This product is suitable for machine washing on a gentle 40° setting, using a 'delicates' detergent. For drying, it can either be hung out to air dry or tumble dried on a low setting. It is not suitable for dry cleaning.

Dispatch Information:

Dispatch Days: Our dispatch days are Monday – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, and deliveries are normally made on working days.

Dispatch Timing: We aim to dispatch orders on the same day if ordered before 12:30pm (Mon- Fri). However, as each of our duvets, pillows and mattress toppers is individually handcrafted by our seamstresses in Devon, please bear in mind that during peak or busy periods, there may be a slight delay in the dispatch of your order.

Bespoke Products: Bespoke products usually take no more than 2 weeks but timings will be given at the time of ordering.

*Please note: There are some areas within the UK where delivery can take longer than the times indicated in the above options. These include Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Shetland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands.
