You are purchasing a duvet that is not only truly environmentally friendly and won’t add to burden of landfill, it also ensures that the sheep are respected and treated with care, giving you peace of mind
Easy Care: Regular airing will refresh your duvet, prolonging life and performance. If a more thorough clean is required, machine wash on a 30 degree wool setting using a wool care detergent. Gently spin to remove excess water, re-shape and air dry. We recommned that a large capacity machine is used for this King size duvet. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean.
Weight & Togs: Wool has a natural ability to insulate yet release excess heat, therefore it is not possible to measure a precise tog; any tog comparisons are wide-ranging and unique to you depending upon your natural body temperature. To help you choose, the guidelines below will help and you can also find more help on choosing the weight for you on our information pages. Each duvet comes with special ties attached which enables you to fasten 2 duvets of the same size together for a very toasty Tog.

Caring for your wool duvet is straightforward, ensuring it remains fresh and comfortable for many years. Wool is naturally breathable, so your duvet stays cosy in winter and cool in summer. To maintain its natural properties, give it a good shake and air it out regularly. This helps the wool fibres bounce back and keeps the duvet in top-notch condition.
When it comes to cleaning, less is more. Wool has a natural resistance to dust mites and bacteria, so it doesn’t need frequent washing. If you do find it needs a refresh, spot clean any marks with a mild detergent and cold water. For a deeper clean, we recommend a professional wool wash. This preserves the duvet's structure and ensures the wool's natural benefits are maintained.
Storing your duvet properly is also key. When not in use, keep it in a breathable cotton bag, avoiding plastic as it can trap moisture. This simple care will keep your wool duvet soft, fresh, and ready for a comfortable night’s sleep, year after year. After all, there’s nothing quite like the luxury of British wool for a good night's kip.
At our company, we are dedicated to offering duvets that are crafted with care in the UK. One of the elements that distinguish our duvets is our focus on using UK standard sizes, ensuring a proper fit for your bed. Our single duvets measure 135 x 200 cm, while our double duvets are 200 x 200 cm. For those who prefer a bit more space, our king-size duvets measure 230 x 220 cm, and our super king duvets are 260 x 220 cm. These sizes are tailored specifically to British beds, ensuring that your duvet fits well and enhances your sleep experience.
We recognize that our customers in the EU may have different sizing needs, and we offer a range of duvets that cater to European standard sizes as well. Our EU single duvets measure 140 x 200 cm, slightly wider than their UK counterparts. The EU double size, at 200 x 200 cm, aligns with the UK double, providing consistency across our range. For those seeking larger sizes, our EU king-size duvets measure 240 x 220 cm, and the EU super king stretches to 260 x 240 cm. These variations allow us to provide our European customers with British-made duvets suited to their beds.
Our duvets are distinguished by our commitment to using British-sourced materials. From the cotton covers to the quality fillings, every component of our duvets is sourced and crafted within the UK. This approach supports local industries and ensures that our products meet standards of quality and durability. We believe that when you choose our duvets, you're investing in a good night's sleep and supporting British craftsmanship and tradition.
