We’re a small family run business that’s dedicated to making luxurious, natural and sustainable soft filled bedding. Each duvet, mattress topper and pillow are individually handcrafted by our team of professional seamstresses, here in our workshops on the edge of Dartmoor.
We’ve put together some FAQs about orders over the festive period.
Do you close over the Christmas/New Year holidays?
We like to ensure that our staff have time to enjoy the festive season with their families and friends, therefore we close for the festive period.
When do you close for Christmas 2023?
Christmas Day falls on a Monday this year so we close for Christmas at 4:30pm on Friday 22nd December 2023. This gives our hard-working seamstresses a well-deserved break, until we re-open on Tuesday 2nd January 2023.
We are still able to take orders online and these will made and dispatched as soon as possible once we re-open.
When is your last dispatch date before the Christmas break?
Our last dispatch date for the festive period is Friday 22nd December 2023, with aimed for delivery on Saturday 23rd December, via DPD. Dispatch will resume on Tuesday 2nd January 2024.
How can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
DPD will be in touch direct regarding the status of the delivery of your order. You can track this through the link they will provide.
Are expedited shipping options available for last minute Christmas shopping?
Please see the above point about our last dispatch date. We dispatch using the DPD ‘Next Day’ delivery service.
What are your customer service hours during the Christmas Holidays?
We give all our staff a break over Christmas and so emails and messages will be responded to as soon as possible on our return.
What is your Returns Policy for items purchased as Christmas gifts?
Your statutory rights are not affected. Please contact the customer services team on their return on Tuesday 2nd January regarding any queries.
