We’re all celebrating at Devon Duvets and are thrilled to announce that we have been selected to be a member of one of the UK’s most prestigious guilds, The Guild of Master Craftsmen. The Guild is renowned for its membership of tradespeople and artisans who are specifically chosen for their skill, integrity and expertise. So we are very proud to be members and of the Devon Duvets team.

We are now displaying The Guild of Master Craftsmen logo on our website and this sign of quality can only be used by accredited members who have been through an assessment process by The Guild. It provides consumers with the assurance and confidence that we are trusted, skilled, and committed to the highest quality in terms of our products and customer care.

We are currently the only UK based soft filled bedding company that has been accepted into The Guild of Master Craftsmen, because each of our duvets, toppers and pillows are individually handcrafted, by our team of professional seamstresses, here in our workshops on the edge of Dartmoor. We do not prefabricate any element of our beautiful products and they are all 100% British made.

Our dedication to sustainability means that we keep our carbon footprint as low as possible, only ever using British wool that we gather from farmers across Devon and the Southwest – and who we know have the highest standards of animal welfare. Thanks to the British Wool traceability programme, we can ensure that our farmers get paid an ‘over the market’ value for their fleeces which helps them to keep providing us with wonderful wool.

Our wool is washed and prepared for us in traditional British mills, without the use of any chemicals. We use only the finest cotton fabric for our casings, which is made from cotton fibres certified by Better Cotton. Each casing is individually hand cut to the correct size before the wool is laid up and then stitched into the casing, thereby creating our award-winning products.

So, from start to finish, from sourcing to crafting, we are committed to bringing you beautifully British soft filled bedding, to help ease you into blissful slumber.
