If natural and sustainable products are important to you and double is your size, this beautiful Double size wool duvet is for you. It has been handcrafted by skilled seamstresses in our workshops in Devon using 600 grams of wool in each square metre of duvet, to create luxury and comfort especially for you.
The soft wool filling is purely British, all of which is certified by British Wool as traceable from farm to duvet. The 260 thread count pure cotton casing has been woven especially to our specifications, ensuring the maximum drape and loft, to create a duvet that drapes around you, creating a unique sleeping environment to help achieve the best night's sleep.
You can be assured that you will sleep under the most natural duvet possible as we do not use any chemicals or bleaches.

Easy Care: Regular airing will refresh your duvet, prolonging life and performance. If a more thorough clean is required, machine wash on a 30 degree wool setting using a wool care detergent. Gently spin to remove excess water, re-shape and air dry. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean.
Weight & Togs: Wool has a natural ability to insulate yet release excess heat, therefore it is not possible to measure a precise tog; any tog comparisons are wide-ranging and unique to you depending upon your natural body temperature. To help you choose, the guidelines below will help and you can also find more help on choosing the weight for you on our information pages. Each duvet comes with special ties attached which enables you to fasten 2 duvets of the same size together for a very toasty Tog.

Dispatch Information:
Dispatch Days: Our dispatch days are Monday – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, and deliveries are normally made on working days.
Dispatch Timing: We aim to dispatch orders on the same day if ordered before 12:30pm (Mon- Fri). However, as each of our duvets, pillows and mattress toppers is individually handcrafted by our seamstresses in Devon, please bear in mind that during peak or busy periods, there may be a slight delay in the dispatch of your order.
Bespoke Products: Bespoke products usually take no more than 2 weeks but timings will be given at the time of ordering.
*Please note: There are some areas within the UK where delivery can take longer than the times indicated in the above options. These include Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Shetland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands.

Wool has a natural resistance to dust mites and bacteria, so it doesn’t need frequent washing. We recommend regular airing and this helps to keep the wool nice and fresh. This can be done outside (if the weather is dry), or draped over a clothes airer, near an open window so that air can get right round your duvet.
Should a deeper clean be required, our duvets are machine washable - and it helps to think of them as a big woolly jumper! Machine wash in a large capacity machine (so it has plenty of room to move around inside) on a 30 degrees wool cycle, and using a detergent that is specifically created for wool. A gentle spin to remove excess water and then remove immediately from the machine, reshape and thoroughly air dry. Do not tumble dry. We do not recommend dry cleaning as this process uses chemicals. If you need to store your duvet at any point, it is best to roll it up and place in the cotton bag it arrived in. Make sure it is stored in a dry place, away from humidity and damp. We would recommend re-airing before you use it again.
At Devon Duvets, we are dedicated to offering natural and sustainable, British wool filled duvets that are individually handcrafted with care in our workshops, in Devon. We offer standard UK duvet sizes for standard UK sized beds, but also offer sizes for those customers who may have purchased the slightly larger EU sized beds from those retailers that stock them.
